Spring is officially here from the 30th of March and such the next menu at The Beer Emporium will include Fresh Cornish Clams cooked in craft pale ale, with crispy smoked bacon lard ons and Buxton black pudding. The new menu will include a larger range of seafood including Craft dark ale cured salmon, Fowey mussels and Cornish razor clams steamed in white wine and parsley.If you fancy a main course we have a shellfish bouillabaisse with grilled sea bass and aioli dressing.
